GE Healthcare announced today the availability of vscan, a new visualization tool pocket developed to provide physicians a means of imaging at the point of care. From the approximate size of a smartphone vscan incorporates a powerful ultrasound technology which uses clever hands of doctors means immediate and non-invasive to obtain visual information about what happens to the inside the body. Vscan is portable and easily transported from room to room to be used in many clinical settings, hospitals or primary care.
